The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the full Vivo IPL 2021 full match schedule, Time Table, Timings, Venue PDF. The Indian Premier League (IPL) is one of the most famous leagues not only in India but in the world too. The IPL 2021 will be started on 9 April 2021 with the match of Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore.
The BCCI announced the schedule for the 14th season of the IPL on 4 March 2021. With this, it was also decided that the IPL 2021 will be held only in India. Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata have been selected for the Indian Premier League to be held in the country after almost two years.
The IPL season will begin in Chennai from April 9, where defending champions Mumbai Indians will face the Royal Challengers team. While the final match will be held on May 30, 2021 in Ahmedabad, the world’s largest cricket stadium (Narendra Modi Stadium). Not only this, all play-off matches of the tournament will also be played in this ground.
As we all know the IPL 2020 which was played in the United Arab Emirates. But IPL 2021 is being played in India only. The IPL 2021 match schedule is designed in this way. So that every team has to travel at least during league matches. Each team will travel three times during league matches.
In IPL 2021, No team will play on their home ground. Out of a total of 56 league matches, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore will have 10 league matches each at the stadiums and eight matches at Ahmedabad and Delhi stadiums.
The 14th season of IPL 2021 will begin with the match of Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore from 9 April 2021. All the three playoff matches of IPL 2021 will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, which is the largest cricket stadium in the world. And in Ahmedabad itself, the final match of IPL 2021 will be played on 30 May.
Indian Premium Leage IPL 2021 will have a total of 11 double header matches. Out of which 6 teams from the eight teams will play three matches in the afternoon. And the two teams will play two matches each in the afternoon. The afternoon match will be played from 3:30 PM (IST) and the evening match from 7:30 PM (IST).
