Performance and Acting: Mirzapur Season 2 Review
Now let’s talk about the acting and performance, Pankaj Tripathi as Akhand Tripathi aka carpet brother had proved how he can bring life to any role. His scenes with Munna Bhaiya are the soul of this show. His acting is going on top, he wouldn’t disappoint by his acting.
Now talk about the performance of Munna Bhaiya i.e. Divyendu Sharma, he is the most cruel character of this series, but the fans are going to like his cruelty a lot. Munna bhaiya plays his role that everyone likes him. At the same time, Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) is the most dangerous character from last season.
At the same time, a new avatar of Shweta Tripa has been seen in the role of Golu Gupta.
Dimpy did not get much of a chance in the first season, but he is given a lot of screen time in the first two episodes of the second season. Rajesh Telang and Sheeba Chadha’s natural performance can make you emotional.
Apart from the first season, Rasika Duggal has appeared in a different avatar in the role of Bina Tripathi in the second season. This time she is not going to leave any of her enemies, including Babuji. At the same time, Kulbhushan Kharbanda in Babuji’s character proved that he is the most dangerous Tripathi.
After the first season of Mirzapur, the weak and strong link was a bigger challenge for series directors Gurmeet Singh and Mihir Desai. This time too, he has managed to keep the audience engaged. The show will make you watch the second episode after one episode is over.
Mirzapur 2 is a bit slower than the first season, but enough to make you sit in your seat. As you move forward you will feel that the previous episode is the calm before the storm.
Apart from the direction, the cinematography and dialogues of the series are as good as the previous season. Although the show has little scope for comedy, the makers have cast a smart way. Especially Pankaj Tripathi’s character who will bring a smile to your face.
